1.Purpose and scope

Pawverse is a place to share pets and connect responsibly. These Guidelines apply to owner and pet profiles, usernames, bios, photos, videos, audio, posts, stories, captions, comments, reactions, messages, links, and other activity on Pawverse. They apply to public and private surfaces. Treat people and animals with dignity, and do not use Pawverse to exploit, deceive, shame, threaten, or endanger anyone.

2.Child safety

Pawverse has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Do not create, upload, request, access, possess, share, promote, link to, or facilitate child sexual abuse material; sexualized depictions of a minor; grooming; sexual solicitation; sextortion; trafficking; exploitation; instructions that enable those acts; or attempts to move a minor into unsafe or secret communication. This applies to real, altered, and computer-generated material. Report the exact Pawverse item. Do not download, screenshot, copy, email, or forward suspected illegal imagery. Contact local emergency services if a child may be in immediate danger.

3.Animal welfare

Do not depict, organize, encourage, celebrate, sell, or solicit animal abuse, neglect, torture, abandonment, staged rescue, animal fighting, harmful breeding, illegal animal trade, or dangerous acts performed for attention. Do not stage distress or withhold care to create content. Educational, documentary, veterinary, rescue, or newsworthy material may be considered in context, but gratuitous suffering or promotion of harm is not allowed.

4.Sexual exploitation and intimate content

Do not post pornography, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual services, trafficking, bestiality, sexual extortion, or content intended primarily for sexual gratification. Any sexual content involving a minor is prohibited without exception. Do not threaten to share intimate content or request it through Pawverse.

5.Violence, threats, and dangerous organizations

Do not make credible threats, celebrate or instruct serious violence, coordinate attacks, show extremely graphic violence without a legitimate context, or support violent extremist, terrorist, or organized criminal activity. Do not use Pawverse to procure weapons or arrange conduct that creates a serious risk of physical harm. Documentary or awareness content may be allowed when it does not praise, recruit for, or materially assist harm.

6.Self-harm and dangerous acts

Do not encourage, instruct, glorify, mock, or pressure another person to engage in suicide, self-harm, disordered eating, or a dangerous challenge. Supportive recovery discussion and good-faith requests for help are allowed. If someone appears to face immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or crisis service; Pawverse is not an emergency service.

7.Hate, harassment, and bullying

Do not attack, dehumanize, exclude, or promote violence against people based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Do not target a person with repeated abuse, humiliation, sexual harassment, stalking, doxxing, credible threats, or coordinated harassment. Criticism and disagreement are allowed when they do not become abuse or targeted harm.

8.Privacy, consent, and impersonation

Do not expose another person's private contact, identity, financial, medical, precise-location, credential, or security information without permission. Do not share intimate or sensitive content without the affected person's consent. Do not impersonate a person, organization, public authority, business, or pet owner in a way likely to deceive or cause harm. Clearly label parody, fan, or unofficial accounts where confusion is likely.

9.Fraud, scams, and regulated activity

Do not use Pawverse for phishing, malware, financial deception, fake giveaways, romance or adoption scams, trafficking, illegal sales, unlawful solicitation, money laundering, contact harvesting, or instructions that materially facilitate serious wrongdoing. Do not offer regulated goods or services in violation of law. Pawverse is not a marketplace or payment service and does not guarantee transactions arranged by users.

10.Spam, manipulation, and unwanted contact

Do not flood feeds or conversations, send repeated unwanted messages or promotions, manipulate engagement, buy or sell accounts or engagement, operate coordinated fake accounts, or misuse mentions, follows, reactions, reports, or message requests. Respect blocks and requests to stop contacting someone.

11.Authenticity and intellectual property

Share content you created or have permission to use. Respect copyright, trademark, publicity, and other rights. Do not remove ownership marks to mislead people, submit knowingly false rights notices, or present manipulated media as authentic when doing so is likely to cause harm or material deception.

12.Platform integrity

Do not distribute malicious code, probe or exploit security, scrape or harvest Pawverse without authorization, use bots or scripts to create accounts or activity, overload the service, abuse APIs, evade rate limits, or bypass a block, moderation action, account restriction, or safety control. Do not help another person evade these rules.

13.Reporting responsibly

Use the in-app Report action on the exact item whenever possible and provide only the context needed to understand the concern. Do not submit false, repetitive, or retaliatory reports. Keep child-safety material in Pawverse's restricted reporting flow and do not redistribute it. Copyright, privacy, account-deletion, and formal illegal-content matters use Pawverse's dedicated public routes.

14.Enforcement and appeals

Pawverse considers the content, context, severity, intent, account history, and potential harm. Actions can include removal, a warning, reduced access, feature limits, temporary restriction, suspension, or permanent disablement. Serious or urgent risks can trigger immediate protective action and evidence preservation. Automated tools may assist detection and triage; authorized human review is used where required for consequential or legal decisions. Eligible decisions provide a reason and an appeal path through Account Status. A successful appeal restores content or access where restoration is safe, lawful, and technically possible.
