1.Current support status
Pawverse is in pre-production testing. support@pawverse.pet is currently the only monitored inbound mailbox, and it handles every request type described on this page.
2.General help
For account access, technical problems, or help using Pawverse, contact our support team. Include only the details needed to investigate your request.
Email support@pawverse.pet with the subject “Pawverse support request”.
3.Reporting a profile, post, story, comment, or message
To report a profile, post, story, comment, or message, use the Report action in the app so the relevant evidence reaches the safety team.
Email cannot identify the exact item the way an in-app report can. Use the Report action in the Pawverse app whenever the concern is about specific Pawverse content or an account.
What happens after a report, and how to appeal a decision about your own account, is described on Reporting & Appeals.
4.Privacy and data rights
To ask for access to your data, a correction, erasure of specific data, restriction, objection, a portable copy, or information about automated processing, see Data Rights. That page lists each request type and the exact subject line to use.
For a general privacy question, email support@pawverse.pet with the subject “Privacy request”.
5.Deleting your account
You can request account deletion inside the Pawverse app. Delete Account explains exactly what is removed, the recovery period, and how to cancel a request.
If you can no longer sign in or no longer have the app installed, use the verified Request deletion panel on Delete Account. It verifies the account email and returns a deletion reference without requiring you to reinstall the app. Email support@pawverse.pet only if you need help using that flow.
6.Copyright and takedown
To report content that infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, email support@pawverse.pet with the subject “Copyright or takedown”. Copyright explains what to include.
7.Child safety
Pawverse has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Child Safety sets out the standards and how Pawverse responds.
Report the exact item in the Pawverse app. Only for a concern that cannot be tied to an in-app item, email support@pawverse.pet with the subject “Child safety”.
8.Illegal content
The in-app report is designed for suspected violations of Pawverse’s Community Guidelines and related safety concerns. It is not yet a complete formal notice of allegedly illegal content for every country or legal process.
To submit a formal notice about content you believe is unlawful, use Report Illegal Content. It records the notice, returns a reference, and lets you check its status or request redress.
If you cannot use that form, you can still email support@pawverse.pet with the subject “Illegal content notice”. Include the exact Pawverse content or location and a concise explanation.
9.Emergencies
10.Before you email

- Your password.
- A one-time code or verification code.
- An access token or session token.
- An identity document, unless Pawverse has asked for specific information needed to verify your request.
- Suspected illegal imagery, in any form.
