1.Respect intellectual property

Only upload content you created or have permission to use. Pawverse may remove or restrict content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights and may act against repeated misuse.

The rules on sharing content you have the right to share are in Community Guidelines.

2.Report content in the app

When possible, use the Report action on the exact profile, post, story, comment, or message. Choose the closest available reason and include the facts needed to locate and assess the content.

3.Submit a detailed notice

If the in-app report is not sufficient, email support@pawverse.pet with the subject “Copyright or takedown”.

Identify the protected work, provide the exact Pawverse content or location, explain the claimed infringement, provide your contact information, and state that you believe the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.

4.Review and response

Pawverse may request clarification, preserve the affected evidence, restrict or remove the specific content, notify the affected user, or decline an incomplete or unsupported request. Decisions are targeted to the identified content and consider applicable law and the rights of all affected people.

5.Disputes and misuse

An affected user can use the available appeal path or contact support with supporting information. Knowingly false or abusive notices can lead to account action and may carry legal consequences.

Appeals against a decision about your own account are described on Reporting & Appeals. If you believe the content is not merely infringing but unlawful, Report Illegal Content is the formal route.

Verify your email address

Pawverse verifies the address before accepting a copyright request, because the request carries a legal declaration.
