Privacy and Data Rights

To request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, or information about an automated decision, email support@pawverse.pet with the subject “Privacy request”. Pawverse may fulfil a verified request through support rather than an automated download tool.

In the Pawverse app, each request type opens an email with its own subject line. Using the same subject from here keeps your request in the same queue:

• Access my data — subject “Pawverse privacy request - Access”.
• Correct account data — subject “Pawverse privacy request - Correction”.
• Erase specific data — subject “Pawverse privacy request - Erasure”.
• Restrict processing — subject “Pawverse privacy request - Restriction”.
• Object to processing — subject “Pawverse privacy request - Objection”.
• Receive portable data — subject “Pawverse privacy request - Portability”.
• Ask about automated processing — subject “Pawverse privacy request - Automated processing”.

Use the email address connected to your Pawverse account when possible. Describe the right you want to exercise and the relevant account or content. Do not send your password, one-time code, access token, or unnecessary identity document.

Pawverse must protect account information from unauthorized requests. If the available account evidence is not enough, Pawverse may request limited additional information needed to verify identity before disclosing or changing data.

You can update supported profile information, manage privacy and notification settings, block users, report content, appeal eligible enforcement actions, deactivate your account, and request account deletion from Settings.

Deleting your account is described on Delete Account. A portability request is optional and does not prevent you from requesting deletion.

Pawverse responds within the period required by applicable law. A request can be limited where Pawverse must protect another person, preserve evidence, prevent fraud, comply with a legal duty, or establish or defend a legal claim. Pawverse will explain an applicable limit where the law permits.

You may raise a concern directly with Pawverse and, where applicable, complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your location or Pawverse's final legal establishment. The production Privacy Policy will identify the approved authority and controller details before launch.
