Delete Your Pawverse Account

Pawverse keeps account, pet-profile, content, messaging, security, and service records needed to provide the features you use. Edit, unsend, deactivate, report, and delete controls apply according to the exact option shown in the app.

Use the account-deletion route at https://www.pawverse.pet/delete-account. An accepted in-app deletion request deactivates the account immediately and starts the server recovery period shown in the response. Signing in through the reactivation flow before that period ends can restore the account. Final deletion can be delayed by a lawful safety, dispute, report, appeal, or hold reason.

• Signing in through the reactivation flow during the recovery period cancels the deletion.
• Sessions, sign-in tokens, push registrations, and live connections are revoked when the request is accepted.
• After the recovery period, deletion is completed by a scheduled job rather than on a fixed clock, and can be held back where a legal hold or preservation requirement applies.

Messages, reactions, comments, reports, and other shared records can involve another person. Their final deletion, anonymization, restriction, or limited retention depends on the record and applicable law. Pawverse does not promise that another person's copy will disappear.

Open reports, appeals, enforcement evidence, fraud evidence, and legal holds can require a narrow record to be retained, restricted, or anonymized. These records are not kept as an ordinary public profile and are available only to authorized people for an approved purpose.

After the server accepts account deletion, the app removes that account's credentials, push registration, drafts, temporary upload previews, navigation state, and media cache from this installation. It does not delete gallery or camera-roll originals stored by another app.

Secured operational backup copies can remain until normal rotation. Backups are not an ordinary account copy or a user-visible archive. If a backup is restored, applicable deletion instructions are reapplied before restored data returns to ordinary service use.

You can request account deletion from Settings in the Pawverse app. Pawverse asks you to confirm, and — if your account has a Pawverse password — to enter that password again before the request is accepted. If you cannot use the app, the verified Request deletion panel on this page provides the public web path.

1. Open the Pawverse app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then Delete Account.
3. Confirm the request, re-entering your password if you are asked for it.

Before deleting your account, you can request a copy of eligible account data in the app: Settings → Legal & Safety → Privacy and Data Rights → Download your data. First verify your account email, then download it in the app when it is ready, before the expiry shown.

If you cannot use the app, use the verified request form on Data Rights or email support@pawverse.pet. These routes open a separate rights request for review. An export request is optional and does not prevent you from requesting account deletion.

Use the Request deletion panel directly below. Enter the email address linked to your Pawverse account, enter the six-digit code Pawverse sends to that address, confirm the consequences, and submit the request. Keep the DEL reference from the receipt so you can use Check status later.

If you need help using the verified form, email support@pawverse.pet. An email to support is not itself confirmation that deletion was scheduled; rely on the DEL receipt and status flow.
