1.Report the exact item

Use the Report action on the exact Pawverse profile, post, story, comment, or message whenever possible. Choose the closest reason and add only the context needed to understand the concern. This lets Pawverse preserve the relevant item and surrounding evidence for restricted review.

A report does not guarantee that content or an account will be removed. Pawverse considers the reported item, context, applicable rules, severity, and available evidence.

  • Community report — the in-app Report action on the exact item.
  • Copyright or other rights — Copyright.
  • Privacy or data rights — Data Rights.
  • Formal illegal-content notice — Report Illegal Content.
  • Appeal a decision about your own account — Account Status in the Pawverse app.

2.Keep your report reference

After Pawverse accepts an in-app report, the confirmation can include a report reference. Keep that reference if you need to contact support about the submission. It does not reveal another person's private account history, reports, penalties, or confidential review information.

3.Community reports and illegal-content notices

The current in-app report is designed for suspected violations of Pawverse's Community Guidelines and related safety concerns. It is not yet a complete formal notice of allegedly illegal content for every country or legal process.

When you need to identify a legal basis or jurisdiction that the in-app reasons cannot capture, submit a formal notice through Report Illegal Content. It records the notice, returns a reference, and provides a status and a redress route. If you cannot use that form, support@pawverse.pet with the subject “Illegal content notice” remains available as a fallback. Include the exact Pawverse content or location and a concise explanation.

4.Decisions affecting your account

Account Status shows available information about eligible policy decisions affecting your Pawverse account, including the policy category, affected feature, severity, current restriction, and timing returned by Pawverse.

Pawverse does not disclose a reporter's identity, another person's private information, internal model scores, provider names, or restricted safety methods.

5.Appeal an eligible decision

When Account Status offers Appeal decision, explain why the decision should be reconsidered and add relevant context. Pawverse creates a tracked appeal reference and assigns the appeal for human review. An appeal does not guarantee that the original decision will change.

Keep the appeal reference and review Account Status for the available result or resolution note.

6.Immediate danger and specialist concerns

Child Safety sets out Pawverse's full standards.

7.Current staging status

Pawverse is in pre-production testing. Before EU production distribution, Pawverse must publish verified operator and contact details, a dedicated accessible notice-and-action route, complete decision explanations, applicable complaint or dispute-resolution information, and legally reviewed public policies.

The current monitored contact is support@pawverse.pet.
